Graeme E Sly BSc (Hons), BSHAA member, is our Senior Audiologist and founder. Since qualifying as a Hearing Aid Audiologist in 2002, he has worked in the private hearing aid industry for over 20 years, in the UK and New Zealand. He is a specialist in diagnostic hearing assessments and Real Ear Measurement (REM) hearing aid fitting validation, and gained a degree in Hearing Science at Anglia Ruskin University in 2013.
Valli Sly BEd (Hons), a qualified Hearing Care Assistant and BSHAA member, is co-director. After twenty years as a primary school teacher, she retrained in 2017 to join the team, taking on micro suction ear wax removal, accounts, diary management, patient aftercare and business development.
Sonja Woolcock joined the team in 2019 and is usually the first point of contact, managing the diary and providing help and advice to clients.
